About Us
Boundary Bay Pony Club is a local branch of the Canadian Pony Club. We are a member-based association, managed by volunteers. We serve youth of Delta, Surrey, Richmond and area, ages 6 to 25 years of age and adults (21 and up), in their pursuit of ongoing learning and/or caring for horses or ponies.
Our motto is Loyalty, Character, Sportsmanship and as an organization, we seek to not only develop strong horsepeople but also upstanding citizens.
Our Members participation in the club will range from actual riding (if you have your own horse, or lease or can borrow a horse) to equestrian theory and stable management teaching.
Each member is encouraged to progress at their own speed and to this end, periodic testing opportunities are offered by the local clubs. Testing IS NOT mandatory. It is offered for those who wish to take advantage of a National standard against which to measure their progress.
