Pony Club is the entry point to the world of safe, knowledgeable horsemanship. Through hands-on learning, mounted activities, and classroom education, members develop strong equestrian skills and valuable life skills in a fun, social environment with like-minded friends.
At Boundary Bay Pony Club, our membership year runs fall to fall. Core equine education takes place mainly from September through February, leading up to Quiz, with mounted activities, clinics, competitions, and optional summer programs rounding out the year.
Pony Club is an international, non-profit organization with more than 100,000 members in 20+ countries, including Canada. We’re proud to be part of a worldwide community helping young riders become knowledgeable, responsible, and confident horse people.
At Boundary Bay Pony Club, members learn everything from horse care, safety, and stable management to riding skills, teamwork, and leadership, alongside other young people who share their love of horses.
Throughout the year, members can take part in a variety of mounted and unmounted activities, with opportunities to learn, compete, test their skills, try new disciplines, and simply have fun together.
Members participating in mounted activities need access to a suitable horse or pony, whether their own, leased, or borrowed.
Whether your goal is to compete, improve your riding, deepen your horsemanship knowledge, or just spend more time with other horse-loving kids, Pony Club offers a place to learn, build friendships, and have fun with horses.
